On 17.02.2023, In Our college we have arranged for seminar on the topic of " Guidence for Professional growth of teachers" for that occasion , Dr. V. Kumar, Joint Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training, Chennai, was the chief guest of the programme. He share his valuable experience and showers his thoughts to all our friends.

Teachers easily get burdened with the teaching. They need the professional development, a chance to step out of their routine.

 After all professional development nurtured the skill of teachers willing to take on leadership positions in education, and teachers need to learn from other experienced leaders to become effective leaders themselves in the future.
