On January 25, 2023, In our college we take pledge on Voter's day. On that occasion it reminds us all about our duty as a citizen and it's very important for every citizen to exercise and it's our right to vote

Why do we celebrate voter's Day :

National Voters' Day 2023: National Voters Day is celebrated on 25 January to encourage the youth to participate in the vote in the electoral process. It not only encourages the youth to participate in the electoral process but also focuses on the fact that the right to vote is a basic right. 13th National Voters' Day 2023: It is celebrated on 25 January. The main objective behind the celebration is to encourage, facilitate, and maximise enrolment, especially for new voters. The day has been celebrated since 2011 across the country to mark the foundation of the Election Commission of India, i.e. 25th January 1950.

It is celebrated every year with a particular theme. It not only encourages the youth to participate in the electoral process but also focuses that the Right to vote as the basic right.
